Lately when I've called, there is a prompt to enter or say your MP number. Sometimes it doesn't recognize the number and I get routed to India. But the times when it does, I've gotten routed to a US agent, presumably the desk for my elite level.

It seems like UA now routes calls based on your MP number to the appropriate general or elite call center, regardless of the number you dialed... can someone confirm or deny this?
