I've flown CX over (western) New Year a few times, and the FAs have generally come round (in J & F at least) with a tray of champagne and wished everyone who is awake a Happy New Year.
On AY at Xmas I guess maybe they have a day without reindeer on the menu since some might regard that as in poor taste!
I think they will have a main dish with turkey on offer as well as a Christmasy starter and dessert option in ex-Asia/Asia bound C/J. AY is the one Airline that actually uses the Christmas/Santa Claus theme quite heavily in their marketing.
