Given the changes to M&M after July 31, 2004, I will not update this thread any more but will consolidate it with M&M minimum miles on non -*A carriers when I have all relevant information.

This seems the best way to do it as one of the main differences between *A and non-*A partners, the Executive Bonus, will be a thing of the past. And even today, status miles are given for flights on non-*A partners like US and AP.
