the last time i was in vienna , the Palais Coburg just opened and i have always wondered if they have remained "luxurious ' ??....what appealed to me was its "modern" lobby interiors VS the classical facade ....do post some info if you do go there !!

i did not manage to see the rooms .

there was i think a 'strip" bar or / moulin rouge style club at the back [ a different entrance altogether ]...which was kind of funny.

also Do & Co 's newish hotel in the centre of vienna ??

salzburg....as its only 30 mins or so from berchesgarten, have you thouyght about going there? ......that would be fun..away from the tourist hoards.
