Having been through PHL last month, I'll just add that the lounge there is not exactly the best CRC. It's outside security (there is an F/Elite line, but if you don't have access to that, it looks like the wait is miserable). The lounge is also pretty small, and was fairly crowded when I was there. Finally, the lounge offers a single restroom for both sexes, so there can be a line.
