H&B may be popular classes but I believe my question remains valid. How many times have people actually seen an H (or B) class fare pop up on ac.com when they click to buy the leisure fare.

To put it another way, Andrew perhaps you could share with us the percentage of H&B fares purchased on line for YYZ-LHR versus the percentage bought by someone in the know about fare classes who phones in or books through a TA. If more than 10% are purchased on line, the next beer is on me. If less than 10%, I think the point made by me and others on this thread is valid.
