Whilst I agree with some of your other points, I'm not sure about this one - all airlines penalise people who don't earn enough, e.g. being required to pay for and sit down the back.
But the majority allow you to pre-assign a seat at time of booking.
I was actually responding to bealine who said that "
Buy the Premium or Fully Flexible tickets, you get good seating. Buy cheap seats, you get what is leftover!"
I can't afford full J club fares, nor do I have a company to provide them. So my measly little T class fare, despite being up to £500 than some WT fares, means nothing to BA. They want me to pay premium fare, or one that's flexible, ie. lots more money for them.
