Exactly - nothing. I'm sure it's not their intention to alienate me, but they have. This change does not benefit me in the least, and I am insulted that they think I'm so stupid that I would believe it does.

Even lowly Silvers get priority boarding and preferred seating on Continental. I'm sure this is very popular with the BAEC Golds (and I know many of you on here are), but what is the incentive for a non-captive (meaning non-UK resident), non-AAdvantage holder to fly BA, benefits-wise?

It's really just more incentive for someone like me to brave CDG or go through AMS for my connections and keep racking up SkyTeam points.
