On the AZ MilleMiglia program, any cross border flights earn 1,200 minimum, not just Y or B fare. I was pleasantly surprised with that (I'd forgotten about it) when I got re-routed a week ago PSA-CDG-ORD instead of PSA-MXP-ORD, earned 1200 for PSA-CDG.
