With booking a flight 7 months out, you'll likely have some schedule changes along the way--a few minutes one way or the other, or even a cancellation. Make sure you check your itinerary every few weeks to see if that 35 minutes becomes even less, in which case you'll need to call AA and fine tune your itinerary.
