I asked a similar question today in the LH forum, though I'm flying from LHR. Noone else really flies there in *A! I wish BD could have kept their plane in the air .

Another option, though I've never tried it, is LX. I actually had a great experience (despite a bad drug reaction which laid me flat for 2 days!) in new LH business on MUC-DEL, and would choose it again for the right price.
