I had a Terrible stay at the Hampton Inn Atlanta Midtown about a year ago..Long story short..called the "Diamond Desk" (still dont belive there is a diamond desk..i think they just answer the phone and say that when you call the diamond number) they refered me to "Customer Care" who would look into my complaint..in the end..I got a check in the mail for $125 to cover the cost of the room for 1 night as i had charged it to Amex..It took about 2 months or calling Hilton to get a refund..They really give you more than a hard time if you want to use the 100% Hampton guarentee..Please Aviod Hampton Inn Atlanta Midtown..I usually like Hampton`s..but this is a MOTEL in the true sense of the word..and youl be sorry if you stay here.
