I used it earlier this year. I had a jacuzzi suite (no upgrade, but only room they had left for $179) at a Hampton and had no hot water when I got to the hotel at around 10:30pm. I alerted the front desk to the issue and was told that it would be taken care of. I got up the next morning to take an early morning soak and still no cold water. At this point I am ticked and I call the front desk and ask for the manager and am told that she doesn't get in til after 8:00.

I called the Diamond Desk to see if they could resolve and maintenance came to the room and said there was no issue anywhere else in the hotel and even said that I was full of it. At this point, I packed my stuff and checked out. I even stayed at this hotel a few dozen time before, all with no issues. Never got a call back or anything from the Mgr.

I finally called customer service at HH corporate and they enforced the Hampton Guarantee for me.
