I flew YVR-JFK on CX before on the 25th and I was the only pax in J.
Basically the crew gave me F Class service

and at the end they gave me a small gift.

24 Dec is HKG is per normal. actually might be more frantic due to the last minute shopping etc..
But nothing shuts in HKG!
