Have to agree.

The "lie flat" C class beds on the A340-500's that fly JFK-BKK are light years ahead of the old UA seats.

Also, the AVOD is very good (where is UA's?).

How do I know this? I Flew JFK-BKK in C on TG recently.

In summary, the UA product is amazingly shoddy and old-fashioned (and not cheap either).
