I am so sorry to hear about your experience. First of all you deserve all the Hilton Points used for a free night to be transfered to your account. Secondly you were on a non -smoking floor and someone smoked and the hotel did not implement the policy and took a long time to come to you and lied that your room would be cleared plus the food poisoning you deserve your money back plus free upgrade or other amends to make up for such a lousy stay. This is Hilton at Motel 6 standards. I have never experienced such bad service like you described from a Hilton.
And to make matters worse you have status with Hilton and the customer service rep said because it is an international hotel once the complaint is out of her hands she is not responsible this is a pure joke if it were me I would follow up until the matter was resolved.
