Well, since this question was posted on a frequent flyer board instead of, say, an ambulance chaser forum, it would seem that discussion and speculation by, say, frequent fliers was sought. Legal advice is welcome, but those of us doing what this board is intended for should not be discouraged. As you say, it's interesting dicussion, which is what this board is now about.
