On topic - don't think that they'll supply a buffer - maybe (as according to years past) that if you "fit a profile" (ie have been somewhat a high roller on certain pricey tickets - the few that you have bought), then maybe ... and a slight maybe only ... you may have a chance.
Hmmm.... considering one flight is on AC metal and the rest on UA metal I guess I stand zero chance. Looks like an MR is needed.
