1) There were a whole lot of open flights for the exact days i wanted a few weeks ago. Now they are all gone, so I have to leave a day earlier and come back on a flight that gets in 8AM - the flight is 7 months away. Is there a good chance that more flights will open up as it gets sooner, or should I just book this flight now? I really want to leave on a Thursday and not Wednesday since I dont have so many days off next year, but the Thursday flights are all gone. Does anyone have any experience with this?

2) To get around the $15 booking fee per ticket on the phone (since Im flying into 1 island and leaving from another), do you have to first book it online (hold) and then ask them to switch it and then confirm it online. I tried just getting a hold on the phone and then going into my account and hoping it i could confirm it online, but it says I have to book on the phone. Please help.
