Lufthansa (in partnership with MBNA) has just launched a new Visa card in the UK. 6000 Bonus miles are awarded after the first purchase has been made with the card. Usual 1 mile with every pound spent. There's no website but applications can be made over the phone on: 0800 028 2440.
