you could use 1 SWU for BOM-FRA, which should normally always work. And then you could shift you M&M address for a few days to Egypt and you will eb able to upgrade FRA_CAI for only 10K miles. I do not know how important the upgrade is to you, but considering the fact that you get a full scale F service on this route I would "invest" those few miles. And spend the SWU on a "more expensive" route.
