I highly doubt you would receive an upgrade at any property if you have a 10 night stay. My experience and the experience of other posters generally is that the longer the stay the less chance you have at the upgrade.
Also---Golds get much more infrequent upgrades at non-usa Hilton properties. I tend to expect an upgrade to the exec floor at an American property but I tend to expect to stay in the room booked internationally.
