W is the SQ fare class that gets uneven treatment across *A FFPs. It gets 100% miles from KrisFlyer (thus explaining the note in your ticket, Thai-Kiwi), but partner FFPs grant varying mileages, ranging from 100% on BD and UA (though kaysquare brings up an important caveat for UA), to 50% on LH, to 0% on ROP. I've checked with ROP previously, and they're pretty adamant about 0% miles on SQ W. It's a reason I've stayed away from ROP.
