A couple of weeks ago I went to my room (Hampton) and the one thing we all dread happened, there was a couple lying on the bed (thankfully just watching tv). The front desk guy acted like it was no big deal and gave me another room however the next day the manager was very nice and gave me a choice of a n/c room or $125 Hilton gift cert.
