I have a question I've been meaning to ask, say I buy 4 seats on a refundable fare. But only 3 people wind up flying. Can I cancel only 1 of the 4 tickets, or do all of them have to be canceled. For this reason I have not been buying all tickets onto 1 itinerary, and eating the higher fees. OR would the airlines let me cancel say my sisters seat while keeping mine?
