While I wouldn't want to work those hours, the benefits packages offered by the feds would cause them to be swamped with applicants.

The highest costs to operate would be salaries, and the office is still only open 40 hours per week under my plan, just different blocks of time - So should be minimal changes in costs.

You're losing the M/T opening in favour of it being open Sa/Su. I think some people would complain, but my guy tells me the vast majority would prefer it.
