If you have a card that earns ThankYou Points (i.e. PremierPass, Diamond Preferred Rewards) you can redeem points for a statement credit. I can't remember the exact redemption rates, but I'm sure you can find it on their site. It's not a terrific rate, but if paying down your card is more important than getting actual gift cards to use at stores, you'll get that.
