I am in Mexico City. Of all the great sites, from the Pyramids to Xochimilco to the museums, the best sight of all was the UA City Ticket Office!

I was walking down the street when I noticed a huge lobby that said "Mileage Plus." I commented to my partner that it was interesting that the lobby said "MP" everwhere, but not "United." Then I realized that there were two separate offices in the same building, one for UA, and one for MP.

Above the offices was a reservations center. It was all very sleek and welcoming.

Oh, how I miss my Santa Monica office!
