I rarely used DL in the past and now avoid them like the plague for just this reason. They did this to me over 4th of July in 2005 and caused a misconnect (and this was DL to DL) They basically told me "tough" and they couldn't get me to BZN until 3 days later....FInally after 3 calls got a supervisor with some sense who protected us on NW. They also screwed up my flights at Christmas last year to AGP.
