Yes, you can - did it in October (although I'm afraid I only posted the outbound route!). I went CPH - BKK - HKG - stopover - NRT on a one way, then NRT - BKK - stopover - SIN - FRA - CPH on another one way. It took a fair bit of flogging the ANA tool and a bit of sweet talking with the booking agents, but it all worked.
And it was one hell of a trip
