I flew LGW-VIE on Lauda Air (is that NG?) in 2000 in economy. Full tasty meal served on crockery plates with steel knives and forks. One of the best things though was that they kept the lighst semi-dimmed... it made such a difference to the atmosphere! Even though it was a totally full Friday evening flight, it was the best short haul flight I ever had in economy.
