When the OP asked about "Turnaround" for baggage claim at LAX, my first thought was that he was wondering how long it takes for the bags to "turnaround" from the plane to the carousel. And so I was all set to state that the wait should be a minimum of 60 minutes, with 90 not being outlandish by any means.
