Yeah, that was my experience, too! Right down to all of the pages about bags that had already arrived. I arrived at LAX yesterday afternoon at ~1:15pm on flight #427 from IAD. It took a little longer than 3 minutes (perhaps 15), but for LAX it was pretty good!
Now, if only my experience at IAD had been that pleasant ...
