Any hotel chain doing this will get my business. After pillow-top mattresses and simple alarm clocks, this should be next.

I would be willing to put down a non-refundable deposit to assure a great view, less noise, etc. This privilege could be restricted to top tier members.

I dislike having to call the hotel GM or front desk manager to ask for the room I want. Picking from a chart would be simple.
