I read the M&M policy for you. You get M&M miles for Condor flights, however, it looks like you can NOT redeem M&M miles with Condor.

BTW, "Thomas Cook powered by Condor" is a good airline. I just booked for my mother FRA-RSW (Ft.Myers/Florida)-FRA for Euro 345 (more or less). And she received 5,000 M&M miles. Check-in was done by United.

The on-line-booking was very easy, the website itself is not top, many things are "hiding", etc.
Talking about bad websites: look at SNCF's, it took me a while to book Eurostar Paris-Lon-Paris.
