considering that we are talking about a German Charter Airline - it mainly caters to Germans, such as most Charter Airline cater for the folks of their home base.
Then again follow the links from the fellow FT'ler above and you will find that this German charter airline does not only have a multilingual webpage but instead one only dedicated to France / french users.
