My German ist nicht so gut!

Anyone know if one has to be German to fly with them......Their website appears to indicate that possibility (German only)

I know they don't recognize Star elites unless they are in M&M.....

And I know most Germans speak a bit of English......

Once I wasted a lot of time because I was told by the someone in M&M that I could use UA miles to fly with them.....

Maybe UA should reciprocate and eliminate their German language website.......and not allow M&M members to use awards on their Shuttle....

The website doesn't even have a telephone number that's good outside of Deutchland!

Any advice about how to contact them from France would be appreciated.
