I always take the A22 bus to Jordan. It's a little more expensive than S1/MTR or A21, at $39, but Jordan Road is the very first stop after getting off the highway. Instead of hitting the traffic along Nathan Road on the A21.

Takes only 30 minutes to get to Jordan, no transfer.

And at the very first stop on Jordan Road, there are usually one or two taxis waiting there to pick up passengers getting off the bus. Zero walk (unlike the Airport Express), zero wait.
