minimum miles credit for USAirways flights?

Gisela did fly, in nov-2003, USAirways (booked as UA code-share flights)
UA 2520 MCO-CLT
UA 1729 CLT-LGA

credits on her LH miles&more account only appeared now, after having sent in the documentation - and the credits only show in the new total of miles and status miles (not in the summary of flights taken).

The total miles only increased by 1'250 miles (she is FTL, so she gets the 25% bonus).

I thought every segment on US Airways would get the same credit as flights on UA (= 1'250 minimum miles credit per segment = a total of 2'500 miles for both segments) - even more so as these flights were booked as UA code-share flights (but on the boarding passes only the USAirways flight numbers show.

I am not sure now, if, after having sent in the documentation, miles&more did only credit one segment, or if the minimum miles is only 500+25% bonus for USAirways flights.
