Here are the little experience that I have so far (not in order of preferences)
Service:
SQ - Efficient and professional.
ANA - Quiet attentive service.
OZ - Friendly and a good mix between the reserved service of ANA and the friendliness of SQ.
AC - Professional, does not bend over like the Asian carriers.
Seat:
SQ - The roomiest seat due to 2-2-2 configuration and the drop armrest in lie-flat mode
OZ - Not fully flat but comfortable enough and quite roomy 2-2-2 configuration on a 330
ANA - Confortable, the pitch is a bit tighter than SQ using 2-3-2 configuration.
AC - Comfortable on the 345. Somehow, this seat is more comfortable for me not in full flat position.
Entertainment:
SQ - KrisWorld beats them all.
ANA - Limited number of movies.
OZ - Huge 14" screen, limited movies
AC - Limited number of movies.
Food:
SQ - Book the Cook, best apertizer
ANA - Best soup in the air (Tempura Udon soup in real china)
OZ - The kimbibap is quite good.
AC - Food is geared more to Western taste.
Amenities:
AC - Good pouch with lotion, eye shade, lip balm, socks, toothbrush, ear plugs.
SQ - slippers, eye shades (lotions, toothbrush and other items in the lav)
OZ - slippers, eye shades, ear plugs (lotions, toothbrush and other items in the lav)
ANA - slippers, eye shades, ear plugs (lotions, toothbrush and other items in the lav)
