On your milage account ( electronically) it now shows a /1 or /0 after the number of milage accrued, but no infos attached as to what that means!!

there must be a seperate letter/information (arriving probably some days later) - how else would we know the expiry dates?

I also don't know yet, how this will work for 'ad-hoc' upgrades on UA flights, or even for upgrades when I check-in with Swissport agents in ZRH (who so far knew little about the miles&more program and probably have no online access to my miles&more account).
