After trying to draw a couple of pictures, with 61 inch pitch, 5 degree angle and 2m "lie-flat", you could get about a 6 inch footrest (note that the footrest starts about an inch below the plane of the rest of the bed. However, it seems that your legs would be shoved into a very tight box formed by your bed and the back seat in front (max of 6 in by 20 in wide by 18 in deep). It does seem like something isn't right.
One approach (which I cannot imagine they would do), might involve lowering each seat a different amount, based upon the row. The rear row would lower almost to the floor, next row would go down less, etc. Then you add some pitch and start over, I am not sure how many rows you would need before you have to add pitch.
