I've been buying B fares internationally now for the past year even if it's not the least expensive fare because, if it's going to waitlist, I feel a lot better knowing I'm on top of the waitlist fare-wise..
While that works ok-ish for the TATLs, think again for the Oz services - B fares
don't help a thing. At least the do no good to me anymore as these birds are
packed with award, discount, and full fare premium travellers and then upon
check-in there are 10 GS with families hoping for one of 3 C seats to stay
open
. Has been like that my last 4 times - not funny.
