I have a voucher from a fare change along with a gift certificate to apply against my ticket. I know I have to call reservations and then bring the vouchers to an airport within 24 hours but what about these questions:
1. Can I call on the SP line?
2. Do I ask to be put on the upgrade and companion upgrade at this time?
3. Will I be able to see my reservation online?

Thanks in advance. I am going MYR-PHL via CLT Jan 2 and there seems to be plenty of open FC seats now (I know they are short flights but..)
