By galley cart -- do you mean those big ugly things they use in the back of the plane? If so, that's pretty horrendous, for F. It's even a bit tacky for J, but I can't remember if AF does this. I know AA does in its 3-class J. OTOH, using a trolley cart for food service can be OK if done properly. CX does it for caviar service and, IIRC, the cheese board (or maybe that was JL?).
I also wish they would use proper wine glasses. Instead the wine glasses look like water glasses. That is just shocking for a French carrier.
