Thats easy.

The agent will tell you what the corresponding UA flight number will be when you are checking in.

Another way is to look for a flight departing at the same time as the AC flight is slated to fly (note the destination too!), and cross reference that to the UA flight number. This is also the method I use when I need to find out what UA flight corresponds with the AC flight number on the ticket.
