Hutong is not bad, but I would like to recommend Prince Restaurant on 11th floor of the same building, One Peking Road. The chef used to be a pupil of the famed chef Yeung Koon Yat (楊貫一) of 'Forum Restaurant (富臨飯店)' in Causeway Bay. The food at Prince Restaurant is fairly good, the view is as spectacular as Hutong (although a bit lower floor than Hutong, which is on 28th floor) and you pay much less than Hutong.
