you should!

the above situation only apply to people who didn't pay with the Visa card!

a lot of company uses Amex Corp card for business travel, you have to pay on Amex, which will not earn u any Mega bonus!

but if you do what I just did above, you will get Mega Bonus even if u paid on Amex Corp card.
