I suspect the YYZ-PVG flight as well as the B763s on the YVR flights is more to do with aircraft availability rather than anything else.

Milton did say on the Q3 conference call that PVG and PEK will be double daily from both YYZ & YVR in 2007 with a 5th flight to a secondary destination possible.

Wait until AC gets additional lift & when you can connect through YYZ without having to clear immigration, then I think you'll see things change.
