If your seat assignment is not in row ACDH or K, you are not on a 212 plane. The gate agents and lounge agents do not have a seat layout of the plane.

food is quite decent, wine quite extensive, if not top of line(8 choices). service is very nice.

did not like one of the 767 seat sets. forgot which. If you can get into the single seat row, there is a lot of room to sleep.

ask at checkin which lounge to use in BOS, and if you need some chit to check in. at IAD, the NW lounge is used. have been told the AF lounge is not available to us??!! The plane is called from the NW lounge, and one is picked up at the NW lounge by a people mover and carried directly to the plane. If you are arriving as early as my wife demands we arrive, it is nice to spend the afternoon in the lounge.
